Very clean and roomy duplex. All of the beds were very comfortable. Nice layout and with 2.5 bathrooms. The host was very friendly. Great view to the ocean and just steps away from the sand and water. Highly recommend!

Great location!

This was a great place for our first visit to Topsail Beach! It was right on the beach and a short drive to many great restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. But the absolute best part was the beach front access. From coffee on the porch, to the outdoor shower after a day in the sand, being just steps to amazing Topsail Beach was so great!

Right on the beach!

Our family had a wonderful time at Sea La Vie. We loved the ocean views from the two decks and even spotted whales on our first evening! The main floor had comfy furniture and all the supplies we needed to cook and dine in. The beds were comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean. Amy was easy to communicate with and very welcoming. We hope to visit again soon!

My only issue was that the Netflix would not work even with the password, and it rained both days we were there. Other than that the view was amazing and the house was great!

A place to relax and recharge

Lovely home with deck facing the ocean. All conveniences provided. Has stairs but we were ok ,no one limited to climb them. Tastefully decorated and direct access to beach. Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Owner responded immediately to a problem with main floor a/c. Can honestly recommend this owner and home.

A Great Week at Sea La Vie!

We couldn’t have asked for a better week at Sea La Vie! The location is convenient to the amenities of both Surf City and Sneads Ferry, yet the beach is far from crowded. Everything was as advertised and we would certainly stay here again.

Great place for a getaway

The house was great. It sits right on the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. It was perfect for a family getaway. Amy was also great. She was quick to respond to text and very friendly. Will definitely be returning!!!

Great house!

We spent a wonderful week at Sea La Vie. The kitchen was very well appointed, we really had everything we needed. The beach was gorgeous and quiet, we made lots of great family memories. The beds were comfortable and the room layout was great for a family of 5 - although we could easily have had a few more people and fit comfortably. I highly recommend for a family with small kids!

Three moms and 6 kids stayed at Sea La Vie and everyone is already looking forward to staying again next summer. House was excellent, beach was right out the back door, Amy was an incredible host that was super responsive to any questions I had. I highly recommend this house!

Topsail Treat

This place was fantastic! Well appointed, everything you could need, especially in the kitchen area. And, on top of it all, location, location, location. My wife and I especially enjoyed the top-floor balcony, where we could sit for hours and just enjoy the view! Thanks to the owner! We will return.

When we found Sea La Vie, we knew it was something special—between the sturdy concrete construction, the unbeatable oceanfront views, and the peaceful beach just outside the door, it was the perfect place to create lifelong memories. We hope you’ll fall in love with it just like we did.

この宿泊施設の特徴

'Crowded' is not part of our vocabulary on this part of North Topsail Beach. There is plenty of room for your family to spread out chairs and blankets, play corn hole, bocci ball or paddle ball, throw the football or frisbee and play your favorite beach tunes, without disturbing, or being disturbed, by others. Rest easy as the kids play in the surf, protected by a sand bar about 30-40 yards out, or in the tidal pools that may appear late in the day. Enjoy great surf fishing around the posts of a former pier north of the house or surf and boogie board the waves. All in all, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the long days of summer. And by summer, we mean May through October, at least!
