The Space:
Step inside and you will find a bright, open-concept living area with soaring ceilings, warm hardwood-style floors, a ceiling fan, and generous windows that flood the space with natural light. The full kitchen runs along one wall and is equipped with everything you need for home-cooked meals, stainless steel appliances, ample cabinetry, and a farmhouse-style sink. A comfortable sofa, leather accent chairs, Smart TV, and a rustic wood coffee table make the living area a natural place to unwind at the end of the day.
The beautiful main bedroom offers a Queen bed and a second smart TV. The upper loft is a spacious and versatile retreat of its own, offering a Queen bed and a fold-out sofa, a third Smart TV, and its own seating area, providing comfortable and flexible sleeping arrangements for the whole group.
The screened upper porch is one of the home's most distinctive features. Furnished with a barrel bar table and seating, it offers open, unobstructed views of the rolling Texas Hill Country in every direction, a genuinely peaceful spot for morning coffee or an evening drink.
Outside at ground level, a flagstone patio with edged gravel landscaping brings the outdoor living full circle. A stone fire pit with Adirondack chairs, a picnic table, and a propane grill give you everything you need for a relaxed evening under the open sky.
Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire home, including outdoor seating areas, porches, and all resort amenities. Check-in is simple, with easy entry and convenient parking right at the site.

Located within Firefly Resort, surrounded by scenic vineyards, rolling hills, and peaceful Hill Country views. Enjoy proximity to local wineries, dining, and downtown Fredericksburg attractions.
Getting Around:
Driving is the best way to explore the Hill Country. Resort roads are simple to navigate, and local wineries and shops are just a short drive away.
Other Things to Note:
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500(which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $29.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
