Designed with an open-plan floor plan complete with high-end room amenities, this studio is a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city. The sleeping area contains a luxurious queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.
The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the stunning Burj Khalifa view.
The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs.
The dining area has a beautiful table and chairs to relish your meals in luxury and style.
The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a rain shower, a toilet and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
