You will be staying in one of the only two upper penthouse corner units with an amazing view of the Manila Bay and its famous sunset.
It is located 7 kms from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport or a 30-minute drive on normal traffic. You are within easy access to international and domestic air and land travels.
Nearby is the Mall of Asia, the biggest mall in the Philippines, and so are the tourist attractions in the City of Manila like Rizal Park, Intramuros, and Chinatown in Binondo.
The unit is on the 40th floor of Breeze Residences, a residential condominium building along Roxas Blvd in Pasay City. It is classified as a De Luxe One Bedroom Unit at the Upper Penthouse.
There is a lobby with a receptionist, a doorman and security guards for your safety and security.
Outside the lobby are two convenient stores and several commercial establishments such a bank, ATMs, Asian restaurants, a laundromat and a courier company.
We suggest you download the GRAB app for your transportation and food delivery needs. There are also taxis and buses outside the building.
