✹ PARKING: Free parking up-to 3 cars is available in the large driveway. The community also have a free EV charger near the clubhouse parking lot for your convenience.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace outside the second bedroom.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack ’n Play/travel crib, high chair, pool gates, and more.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

✹ Important Notice: The Windsor Hills community will be conducting a Slide and Water Park Project from January 5, 2026, through February 13, 2026. During this period, the main pool will remain open and fully accessible for guest use; however, the water park area will be closed to accommodate the scheduled renovations.

✹ Rental Agreement & ID Verification: All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and complete ID verification prior to check-in. Reservations are not considered finalized until both steps are completed. Failure to provide the required documentation may result in cancellation of the stay.

Please Note: The property is equipped with a Ring doorbell and security camera at the front of the main door, front of the garage door, and one facing the pool pump system at the corner of the house for added security.

✹ No Parties and Events

✹ Optional Pool & Spa Heating: Enhance your stay with optional pool and spa heating, available for just $30 per night. The pool will be heated to a comfortable temperature of 82-89°F, and the spa will be slightly warmer, offering a relaxing experience more akin to a spa than a traditional hot tub. Please note that the heating system must be manually activated and will remain on for the entire duration of your stay if selected. While heating may not be necessary during the warmer summer months, it’s a fantastic option for cooler days. To ensure the system is ready for your arrival, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your check-in date if you’d like to add this feature.

✹ Windsor Hills Amenities: All guests must visit the Welcome Center to obtain a wristband in order to access the community amenities.

✹ Parking: The community allows a maximum of 3 cars for our home. Please ensure you adhere to this limit during your stay.

✹ Check-In/Arrival: Windsor Hills is a gated community, and guests are required to submit a list of all names at least 48 hours prior to check-in to ensure smooth entry. Please note that the standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m. During peak times, particularly around check-in, there may be longer wait times at the security gate.

✹ Pool Maintenance: The pool, spa, and related equipment are regularly serviced by a professional pool maintenance company. While we take every effort to ensure everything is in working order, mechanical issues can occasionally arise. Additionally, the pool heater may occasionally need to be stopped to maintain proper filtration. If any pool-related issues occur during your stay, we will promptly notify the service company to address the matter as quickly as possible.

✹ Pest Control: The home is regularly monitored and treated by a professional pest control service. However, due to Central Florida's warm and humid climate, occasional insect intrusion is possible. Palmetto bugs and other local insects are common in the area, and finding a stray bug inside is not indicative of an infestation.
