The tile on the stairs going to the basement are a hazard. They are broke and come off when stepping on them. We had several guests that fell due to this. The carpets in the basement are nasty and need cleaned. Also, the master bedroom sink faucet is basically unusable.it is completely loose and is so limed up that the handle doesn’t move. Plus the sink only had hot water so had to use other restrooms to brush our teeth. Finally, and the biggest disappointment, was the backyard. It was so overgrown with weeds and has not been maintained. It looked awful. Also, the patio couch by fire pit was broke and the sliding door to go in and out needs work as it is very difficult to open and close. Communication was prompt and very helpful with property manager which was an advantage.

The house was large enough for our extended family of 10, however it is far from “resort-style”. After a long day of traveling we were met with unsaid dirty beds. The bathrooms did not have towels when we got into the linen closet for towels we were met with a very strong cigarette smell which over took the whole upstairs. I contacted the host who apologized and said she was informing the cleaning staff and would have someone out the next morning. Because it was not evening we ended up cleaning the sheets and remaking the beds so we could all get some sleep. The card table was broken the fire pit did not work and the pool table ball holder was busted. I understand it is winter in Oklahoma but the back yard was not maintained there was garbage and dog poop on the porch and yard. The back door was hard to open and did not lock you had to use a pole for the lock. The carpets were stained the downstairs floors had food dirt and hair on them one of the beds was broken and held together with a metal strap. This place states it sleeps 16 and that’s because they cram beds everywhere. You can’t get into one of the closets and can barley get into the master bath due to beds blocking the doors. We had to was any dishes prior to use and the inside of the convection oven was filthy. I was told all of this was to be expected due to this being an older house but the filth of the place is not due to age it’s neglect. The name of this listing should be updated. I do not recommend.
