We’re genuinely sorry this guest left feeling disappointed. We take tremendous pride in our homes and are passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience. The photos do show some cosmetic wear around the walls and door trim that needed attention following a heavily booked summer season. We acknowledge those items and are addressing them with touch-ups and fresh paint. While cosmetic wear is different from a home being unclean, we understand that presentation matters and never want those details to affect a guest’s impression. During the stay, the concerns communicated to our team were requests for additional towels and wristbands, both of which we promptly addressed. The linen concern was shared later and was also taken seriously. We only wish the broader concerns described here had been reported while the guest was present, as our team was actively responding and would have welcomed the opportunity to address them. For anyone considering this beautiful home, we encourage you to read its many wonderful reviews and those across all the homes we manage. We’re not perfect, but we believe you’ll find this experience is very much an anomaly.
