SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS:
Primary suite - 1 King Bed

This unit has a maximum occupancy of 3 guests, with sleeping accommodations for 2 in the king bed.

San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb. Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.

This home is equipped with exterior surveillance.
All occupants must be 25 or older unless children are accompanied by parents.

Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking.

Please note that this unit is located near an active flight path, so you may hear occasional air traffic.
