The basement laundry room is also available for guest use during their stay. You’ll enjoy complete privacy with no shared spaces, making this ideal for families or groups. Self check-in is provided for convenience, and parking is available Back of house its limited, Street parking available follow city rules please. ### **Important House Rules & Policies:**

- **No Unauthorized Pets:** Only **pre-approved, registered pets** are allowed. If an undisclosed pet is found on the property, your booking **will be suspended immediately**, and additional cleaning fees will apply.
- **Zero Tolerance for Noise Complaints:** This is a **quiet, family-friendly neighborhood**. Any noise complaints from neighbors will result in **immediate cancellation** of your reservation without refund. Please keep noise levels down, especially after **10 PM**.
- **Strict No-Party Policy:** No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted. Violations will lead to **instant booking termination** and possible fines.
- **Respect the Neighborhood:** Be mindful of neighbors—no loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior at any time.
- **Garbage Responsibility:** Guests must take trash/recycling bins to the curb on **pickup days** (schedule provided). Our cleaners do not handle this during stays.
- **Security & Safety:** Always lock doors/windows when leaving. Unauthorized extra guests are not permitted.

Failure to comply with these rules **will result in penalties, including reservation cancellation and loss of future booking privileges.** We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our home and community welcoming!
