Featuring a private entrance, an immersive theater lounge, sophisticated dining and game space, a stylish kitchenette, and access to a covered outdoor patio, the suite offers both comfort and character for guests seeking a boutique-style stay.
Moody lighting, emerald tones, vintage photography, velvet textures, and thoughtfully curated details create a warm and luxurious ambiance ideal for romantic getaways, relaxing weekends, creative escapes, or small-group stays.
The Theater Lounge
The centerpiece of the suite is the private cinema room, featuring an 80-inch projection screen, ceiling-mounted projector, plush sectional seating, and custom low lighting designed to create an authentic theater atmosphere. We love how quickly you can get to downtown Denver, the Highlands/LoHi, Sloan’s Lake, and Tennyson Street, while still enjoying a quieter, more residential feel. The area feels relaxed and walkable, with tree-lined streets and a strong neighborhood vibe, making it a great place to unwind after a day exploring the city.
It’s a spot that lets you enjoy Denver’s energy without being right in the middle of the busiest areas — which is exactly why we love it.
