The Space
Welcome to your base in Tromsø.
This ground level apartment is part of a traditional Norwegian house, offering a comfortable and functional stay with space for up to six guests. The apartment is located on the lower floor and provides a calm and sheltered atmosphere.
The living area features a wood burning fireplace, creating a warm and inviting space after a day out in the Arctic. There is a large sofa, TV and dining table, making it easy to relax or enjoy meals together.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking.
There are three bedrooms, each with a comfortable 150 cm bed and blackout curtains for a good night’s sleep.
The bathroom is modern and practical with a tiled shower and good lighting.
You also have access to a shared outdoor area.
Getting Around
The bus stops right outside the house and takes you to the city centre in about four to six minutes.
Walking to the city centre takes around twenty minutes at a relaxed pace.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire apartment.
Please note that this is part of a larger house and the outdoor area is shared.
Good to Know
This is a traditional house, not a new build. Small signs of age and use are part of the experience.
The apartment is located on the lower level.
Parking is available outdoors next to the garages for 150 NOK per night.
Firewood for the fireplace can be purchased through our online store before or during your stay.

House rules:
1. Quiet hours
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. This applies to the entire property, including balconies and outdoor areas.
2. No parties or events
Parties, events or gatherings beyond the number of registered guests are strictly prohibited.
3. Registered guests only
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in your booking at any time.
4. Smoking policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the building. Violation of this rule will result in an additional cleaning fee.
5. Fire safety
Candles, portable heaters or any open flames are not allowed. Do not tamper with smoke detectors or fire safety equipment.
6. Illegal activity
Any illegal activity will be reported to the authorities immediately.
7. Garbage and recycling
All trash must be taken to the designated bins outside before checkout. Do not leave garbage inside the apartment.
8. Furniture and equipment
Do not move furniture between rooms or remove items from the property.
9. Balcony and windows
Do not throw any objects from balconies or windows.
10. Security
Always close and lock entrance doors properly. Do not let unknown persons into the building. Guests are responsible for lost keys or access devices.
11. Damage and issues
Report any damage or technical issues immediately. Unreported damage discovered after checkout may result in additional charges.
12. Cleaning standard
The apartment must be left in a normal and tidy condition. Excessive cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
13. Checkout procedure
Before checkout please wash used dishes, dispose of trash, close windows, turn off lights and lock the door properly.
14. Pets
Pets are not allowed unless agreed in writing before arrival.
15. Age requirement
The primary guest must be at least 23 years old and present during the entire stay.
