Welcome to The Grotto, a spacious 5-bedroom Chandler getaway designed for family gatherings, group trips, kids’ weekends, and relaxing time together.

Enjoy a private resort-style backyard with a grotto pool, waterslide, hidden cave-style hot tub, putting green, fire pit, and plenty of space to gather. Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen, game room, and comfortable sleeping space for up to 12 guests.

POOL & SPA INFORMATION

The pool is a family-friendly play pool measuring approximately 350 sq. ft. in surface area, with an approximately 80 ft. perimeter and a maximum depth of 5 ft.

POOL & SPA HEATING

- Pool + Spa: $55/night
- Hot Tub Only: $15/night
- Please request heating at least 48 hours before check-in


HOT TUB / SPA MODE

The hot tub runs on demand. Simply turn on Spa Mode using the control panel and switch back to Regular Mode when finished.

- Heats up to 101°F
- Heating takes approximately 15–60 minutes, depending on the starting water temperature

The hot tub, waterslide, and waterfall operate in separate modes and cannot run at the same time. Use the control panel to select the feature you would like to enjoy.

Some photos were taken when water flow was shared between the slide and waterfall. Based on guest feedback, they now operate separately, providing stronger water flow on the slide for a more enjoyable ride.

PET POLICY

We welcome one dog per stay.

- Pet fee: $300 per stay
- Fully fenced backyard
- Two parks within a 5–7 minute walk

PET RULES

- No bathroom use anywhere in the backyard
- Dogs are not allowed on beds
- If your dog is on the couch, please use the provided throw blankets
- Guests are responsible for all pet-related cleaning and any damage

QUIET HOURS & NEIGHBORHOOD

The home is located in a quiet and peaceful Chandler neighborhood.

Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Guests may still enjoy the property during quiet hours, but we ask that outdoor noise be kept to a minimum out of respect for our neighbors.


NO SMOKING OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES

Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.

Any evidence of smoking will result in a $700 additional deep-cleaning fee.

Parties, events, and unregistered visitors are not permitted.

Due to insurance requirements and city regulations, the number of people at the property may not exceed the number of guests included in your reservation.


POOL SERVICE, LANDSCAPING & TRASH

The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week, currently on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Landscaping is maintained as needed.

Trash bins are moved on Mondays and Wednesdays.


GUEST ACCESS

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire property.

Self check-in is available via smart lock.

Free parking is available for 1–2 cars in the garage and up to 4 cars in the driveway.

DESERT ENVIRONMENT NOTICE
