This home was beautiful with high-end finishes! We especially loved the heated pool and outdoor space with large grilling area! The home had plenty of beds and luxurious bathrooms! We appreciated the large kitchen, coffee bar, and built-in ice maker. The hosts really thought of everything! We would love to stay here again!

Stayed here with group of guys for soccer tournament and enjoyed everything about the house! Spacious, plenty of rooms, bathrooms and amenities! Great outdoor space! Grill, pool, green grass! Host was awesome! Overall great experience!

This is a phenomenal home in Chandler! We stayed here for an extended family vacation (8 adults 5 kids aged 3-12) and it was perfect. The house is large and immaculate - the pictures don't capture how beautiful and expansive the space is. The pool was warm enough to swim every day, even in December. There were tons of games and books for the kids. The kitchen is outfitted with up to date appliances and there are two washer/dryers. The outdoor dining and grill/flattop setup were perfect for eating and swimming. We will definitely be bookmarking this property for future trips!

Just wanted to leave a great review, not just for this amazing property, but Pete & Maria, as well! The house is very spacious, beautifully designed & very comfortable with everything you could ask for and a bit more. One thing that often falls short are beds. The beds were very comfortable. We had a couple of items needing attention and Pete was quick to reply with a resolution. My parents’ flight was cancelled and they were more than accommodating extending the rental for a reasonable rate. If we are back in the area, we would definitely stay here again! Overall, a great stay

House and outdoor area were spacious and beautiful. Unfortunately the pool heater did not work during our stay and the pool was an unusable 68-70 degrees. A pool is the number one factor my party considers when renting in Arizona, so this was a big disappointment. The rental company did send someone to fix it, twice, and some members of our party did utilize the pool the last afternoon of our stay once it hit 75 degrees. I urge anyone who rents this place to read ALL the fine print. We asked for a partial refund and we were directed to the fine print in an email sent 2 months prior…no partial or total refunds for basically any reason. As someone who also has a property listed on VRBO and understands that unexpected things happen, I was disappointed in the rental company’s refusal to make things right. I would not rent this house again and wouldn’t recommend unless you have faith nothing will go wrong or are okay with being screwed over.
