Welcome to Columbia, the B-side of a beautiful beachfront duplex located in the Southpointe community of Fort Morgan. This stunning four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath home spans four levels and comfortably accommodates up to ten guests. A shared elevator offers convenient access from the ground floor to the main living level, where your private entrance awaits. With multiple balconies, a community pool, and direct beach access, Columbia provides the perfect coastal retreat for families or groups seeking both relaxation and adventure.

Indoor Comforts
The elevator is shared with the A side of the duplex. It is accessible from the ground floor and provides service only to the main living area located on the third floor, where guests enter through a private, secured entrance into Columbia.

The third floor offers an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area designed for comfort and connection. The spacious living room features a TV, ample seating, and stunning views. The fully equipped kitchen showcases sleek stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a separate wet bar with a standalone ice maker — perfect for entertaining. The dining table seats eight guests, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar, or enjoy meals al fresco on the covered balcony overlooking the beach. A half bathroom and a full-size washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this level for guest use.

On the second floor, enjoy a cozy secondary living area featuring a kitchenette with a wet bar, mini fridge, coffee station, and flat-screen TV.

The fourth floor offers a quiet sitting or reading nook with books provided for a relaxing escape.

About Fort Morgan

Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Rental Age Policy

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.
