The home had a number of unexpected issues. The air conditioners were added to the home by cutting out a hole in the wall to insert the air conditioners. The hole was patched and was unsightly and wired in a way that looked unsafe. It was still very warm after turning on the air conditioners. They were old and loud. In the small bathroom you had to turn on the shower from an outside wall because the shower was so small. And then exit the shower to turn off the water. After using the toilet the tank would not refill. We waited a half hour and then called the owner. He came over and said he had fixed it and to wait because it just refills slowly. The floor vents were bent and a trip hazard. There was also a loud fraternity next to the home.
