*Please be advised that we are not able to give out more than the allowed number of parking permits per reservation, Overnight parking in Breckenridge is limited during the winter season to only the Ice Rink lot located off of Boreas pass road. You are not able to leave your car there continually, so it must be moved each day. This can be very inconvenient. Other options may be to look for overnight parking in other areas of Summit county such as Frisco or Dillon.

Cute place, but MUCH smaller than the photos show. Location was stellar, however. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

Quaint space in a great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Small space perfect for a single or couple trip. Great location! Older building so be prepared for a few squeaky floors. Limited ventilation due to radiator heating. Very responsive rental company. Nice amenities such as smart TV, bathroom products, washer/dryer and coffee maker.

Old and creaky

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's fine. Pretty small and the floors are really creaky. The base board heater in the bathroom was a little unpredictable. The cleaning lady was still there at time of check in, so we had to wait another hour. Also, there were a lot of long black hairs in some of the bedding/ rug (probably from the cleaning lady. The fold out couch is a joke and you should really only book this place if you're a couple willing to share the one bed.Despite all that the location is excellent. Gondola, main street, bars, and restaurants all within short walking distance. Easily the best attribute.
