Per building policy, No smoking allowed in the home, on balcony or in building. Allowed only in behind parking garage where indicated

Please keep music at a lower volume in the evenings, no loud music or noises after 10 p.m.

Swimming is at your own risk. No Lifeguards are onsite.

Feel free to use anything provided for the unit or beach. We understand things break, HOWEVER, if you break it….replace it, or let us know so that it can be replaced. We would like all of our guests to be able to enjoy the amenities we have provided. It can be as simple as a coffee cup or skim board or as big as a piece of furniture. Items are inventoried after each guest and you will be charged if anything is found missing or broken. If we don’t know the problem, we can’t fix it TIA

DO NOT take bath towels to beach, additional fees will be incurred

Do Not take any furniture outside to balcony

Per building policy, please do not hang towels anywhere on balcony to dry, the wind can be strong and blow things away

Trash must be taken to the dumpster behind the parking garage

DO NOT remove the zipper enclosed waterproof mattress cover. It is there for allergen & hygienic purposes

Lock balcony door when not in use, winds will blow it open
