Home is as pictured, however neighborhood is not one you want to walk. Pool heater constantly was off so even though we were finally told how to fix the problem by resetting the breaker it would turn off at night and when gone, making comfortable pool temperature hard to reach. On arrival the only propane tank was found to be empty. When a message was sent, I did not check for a response right away as I assumed one would just be sent, however response was just confirming I understood how to turn on propane. When I clarified it was empty two days later, still no tank. We had food to grill so we bought one ourselves. Asked for reimbursement and it was not something they were able to do? At this price point I would have expected more. My fault to have assumed neighborhood was better.
