良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション

Communication was great and the host let me change dates vs cancel, sheets were clean, HOWEVER, the pool was empty, the location is basically all locals, so it's not relaxing, with constant kids and people in and around the building. The upstairs tenant was very loud. The sofa bed was broken when I went to open it, so I contacted the host who basically blamed me for breaking it saying it was fine prior. Offered a roll away bed, but it was too late. I did not break it, the brackets were clearly bent and broken and the wood was rubbed off. We had to sleep on the floor. We checked out that next am. Host refunded me, but not the 50% that seemed fair. Contacted VRBO who tried to get a better refund, but the host declined and continued to blame me for breaking the sofa. No wonder we couldn't see the reviews of this property.
