✅This property has special local compliance requirements which includes a signed rental agreement.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. Please note that an email address and ID verification are required.
✅One dedicated parking spot is available in the driveway with plenty of free street parking nearby.
✅A Pack N' Play and high chair are available with advance request.
✅Quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM are expected. Given that this is a historic neighborhood, the homes are close together and we have our neighbors on speed dial. A noise monitor is in place and quiet hours are strictly enforced.
✅ This is a lovingly restored historic home that retains much of its original character. As such, you may notice some quirks like steep, narrow stairs and slightly uneven surfaces which are typical of homes from this era. We've thoughtfully renovated the space to modern standards while preserving its unique charm. If you appreciate a blend of vintage architecture and modern comfort, you’ll feel right at home!
Sleeping arrangements:
• Master bedroom: 1 King bed, with ensuite bathroom
• Guest bedroom #1: 1 King bed + 1 twin bed
• Guest bedroom #2: 3 twin beds + 1 trundle twin bed (total of 4 twin beds), with ensuite half bathroom
• Living room: 1 twin daybed
Amenities: A Roku smart TV and 2 arcade games (one is a multicade) are available for guests' enjoyment. A private hot tub, barbecue grill, dining table, and sofa are located in the backyard.
