Great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The neighborhood was quiet. The home was clean and week maintained. Patrick was a very kind and considerate host. Would definitely recommend to others.

Safe and close to many venues!

We enjoyed the security of a gated community close to our lawn bowl venue at the Santa Anita Lawn Bowls Club. The gated community and house had an excellent security system which made us all fee safe during our stay. The community was very clean and the house had great potential to do really well as a vacation rental property. It lacked a few items that would normally be a basic for a vacation rental. Patrick listened to our requirements and brought over some items to make our stay more enjoyable. He was very attentive and communicated immediately in the reservation process and during our stay. He was more than generous when I requested to stay an additional two nights and I was very appreciative of this. As a Superhost myself with VRBO and AirBnB , I will share the items with Patrick that I feel he may wish to consider providing for guests. Overall, we enjoyed the house and would certainly consider staying again next year when we play in the tournament.

Beautiful Home in Beautiful Gated Community

I rented this beautiful, spacious, and clean home for a wedding. I stayed with family and it was everything I wanted and needed for my stay! The home had plenty of space for quietness and relaxation, and provided a place of comfort and utility. The house had two floors with spacious rooms and bathrooms, with a nice laundry room to help for a long stay. The house was located in a quiet and private gated community with great views of the surrounding area, while had an accessible pool and hot tub. The owner Patrick was very accommodating and sweet and made sure the stay was as easy and comforting as anyone would want. I highly recommend this home for anyone who needs a great home to visit when away from your own home! Thank you Patrick for a welcoming and pleasant stay! I would definitely stay again when in town.

Nice affordable home for LA vacation

Enjoyed our stay in this Arcadia home, not too far from downtown LA and downtown Pasadena. Clean home. Beds were a little too firm, and kitchen needs pots/pans/cooking utensils as people usually book a home instead of a hotel to be able to have more room and also cook meals. Over all we enjoyed our stay.

It was an excellent location, putting us within an hour of all the different places we wanted to go to in different directions. The home was clean and beautiful and well maintained. Patrick the owner is very nice, helpful and responds immediately! The house is located in a very nice gated community. you will have your peace and quiet there!
