Enjoy a memory maker beach vacation when visiting Camellia Villa steps from Coast Guard Beach. Find a pool spa, rooftop deck, and stunning views of the ocean. Architect Keith Summerour designed the villa with tabby stucco and cypress shake siding for a one of a kind home. Take the elevator to the third floor when it's time to turn in!

The pool can be heated upon request! 72 hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $40 plus tax per day must be paid prior to check-in

Great Property/VACASA Service Decline Continues

Excellent property. Decline of VACASA service continues. Have rented same property for over 10 years. VACASA used to have welcome information and call from local staff. Any question/issue received a prompt response. Now you are lucky if a call for assistance is returned in two days. Simple issues remained unaddressed during five week stay

Perfect Stay

The house was perfect for a two week getaway. We loved the layout with the master on the fourth floor, the living area on the third floor, and the additional bedrooms on the second floor. The rooftop deck and spa were fabulous. The area was very quiet and private. Overall, a great place to call home for several weeks.

Beautiful Home, wonderful location

What a perfect home for our Thanksgiving stay. We had 3 generations with us, and the layout was perfect. (And the elevator much appreciated). The multiple decks were well used, especially the rooftop. The house was super clean, the beds super comfortable, and the furnshings were comfortable and welcoming. There was everything you could possibly want in this place. I recommend it, and woudl love to stay again.

Perfect house for multigenerational family stay

A beautiful house! Nicely decorated. Perfect for a multigenerational family group (ages 20s to 90s). Elevator was a welcome bonus. Plenty of space for us to gather for meals inside or on the porch. And, lots of spaces for relaxing as a group or to spread out individually. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchenware which made cooking in easy. Plenty of bath & beach towels were provided too. Located about a block’s walk to pool and about another through wetland area to the beach, the beach carts provided made it easy to schlep our stuff to either. Thanks for making your home available to us for our relaxing vacation.

Nice vacation home with easy walk to a great beach

Very nice four bedroom home with an extra room which easily serves as a fifth bedroom; the house has nice family space, plenty of bathrooms and awesome balconies on the second, third and fourth floors with a scenic roof top deck that has a nice ocean view. The shared pool and the easy access to the beach makes this house the perfect beach vacation home for kids and grandchildren.

Gorgeous home for a large family vacation

We had a wonderful time in St. Simon’s Island and this 4 story home was ideal for our large multigenerational family. The main area was on the third floor and the open floor plan was ideal for gathering (playing games, watching movies, just plain hanging out and enjoying each other’s company). The weather was glorious, so we took advantage of the 3 balconies, rooftop deck, and the heated plunge pool. The elevator was useful for my 80+ year old parents and for bringing our luggage and groceries to the other floors. Each of the 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor had its own bathroom and the 4th floor master bedroom/ bathroom was impressive and had a smaller connecting room. Overall, I highly recommend this house and look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful property!

Beautiful property with lovely pool access and a gorgeous stretch of “untamed” beach that reminds you how beaches on the barrier islands should be. Management company is highly responsive to any need that might arise. Would definitely rent Camellia Cottage again.

Unreal house with great location.

Our little 3 night gateway was awesome. The house is amazing. Everything from the pool to the ocean view from the rooftop is world class. Great kitchen and plenty of bathrooms and space. I would highly recommend and would definitely rent again. Only downsides would be only 3 parking spots and if you don’t like stairs there is 4 flights on them from ground to rooftop. The house does have an elevator though.

Wonderful Place!!!!

This is a stunning place to stay and the beach and the pool are not too far away. There was plenty of space for all of us and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. We were confused about where to park the third car and the key stopped working to get on the beach the last day, but we worked it all out. I would definitely stay here again!!

Fourth visit to a great property but first under new manager. Lots of small details missing plus main TV not working properly (tech could not fix). Seems new manager is attempting to run a custom home the same way as a cookie cutter two bedroom condo
