Robert's place is very nice, clean and close to everything we wanted to see. Kitchen is stocked well. Beds are big and comfortable. Check in was easy with precise instructions. Would definitely stay there again.

I LOVE this property! It was just so charming! The decor is lovely and harkens back to older times but with such quality and good taste. The place is spotless and the host thought of everything - right down to the coat tree and umbrellas next to the front door! The location is just about as good as it gets with proximity to everything Savannah has to offer but peaceful calm from the quiet streets to the stroll in Forsyth Park just a block away. I hesitate to share this lodging gem, but you really can’t go wrong with it.

Wonderful stay! Located just off the park. Easy walking distance to most of what Savannah has to offer. Accommodations are beautiful and comfortable. This is a well kept place. Host is attentive, responsive, and helpful. Glad we stayed here.

perfect location, pet friendly, just steps away from Forsyth Park and 20 min walk to the river in old downtown. the owners were so helpful and kept everything very simple. this rental and location is a 10 out of 10. Thank You Robert for a Great Stay.

The apartment was just as pictured! We felt at home and everything was very clean! We didn’t have time to cook but the kitchen had everything we would have needed. The location was perfect - just steps to Forsythe Park. We would absolutely stay again.

Our new favorite spot in Savannah. Being steps away from the center of Forsyth park was the highlight of the trip. Dogs and kids loved the apartment just as much as we did. Host was fantastic and responded quick. We will book again!

Communication was great! Property was very clean and nicely renovated. Liked the older style decor that went with this Victorian home. Location is steps away from beautiful Forsyth Park. Enjoyed our walk to the river front both days we were there.

My husband and I have traveled extensively throughout the US, Canada and Europe, renting apartments in numerous cities and this one was probably our very favorite. The apartment is large, comfortably furnished, beautifully updated, has a well-stocked kitchen and two super comfortable beds. The location is ideal, a block from Forsyth Park, walking distance to downtown, and there is private parking. Rob, the owner, who lives on the property, was incredibly responsive and accommodating, doing everything he could to make sure that our stay in Savannah was as good as it could be. I would give this apartments six stars if I could.

We had a great stay at this apartment! It was conveniently located near Forsyth Park, which was great for traveling with a dog. The apartment was clean, newly remodeled, and exactly as described. There was a small parking lot beside the apartment, which was convenient compared to street parking. Robert was an awesome host! He was super easy to communicate with, and he was available to answer questions throughout our stay. I highly recommend booking one of his properties. Thanks for a great stay!
