We’ve continued that standard and have already upgraded and replaced several items to make the experience even better for guests!***

Our newly designed, family-friendly luxury townhouse is in the heart of Prominence. Thoughtfully styled with a relaxed coastal feel, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, ease, and elevated living. Casa Del Del is a place to slow down, make memories, and truly enjoy everything 30A has to offer.

• 6 passenger Golf Cart LSV (Low Speed Vehicle, street legal golf cart)

• To make your stay even easier, we provide a "starter kit" stocked with essentials, such as paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, and laundry pods. All bathrooms also include "starter packs" of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner so you can settle in right away.

Pools & Non-Stop Entertainment
• 2 resort-style community pools with cabanas, dining areas with gas grills, and a bathhouse. Casa Del Sol is 7 houses down from the pool.
*Please note the pools are open year-round, but are only heated seasonally. The heating schedule is subject to change at any time by the HOA.

Beaches:
Hop in the complimentary six-passenger golf cart, park nearby, and have your toes in the sand in just under five minutes. Shops, dining, and entertainment along 30A are also easily accessible by golf cart.

Multiple nearby beach access points, including Deer Lake State Park & Gulf Lakes Beach access.

Deer Lake State Park Beach Access (Arrive early)
This is the closest beach access to Prominence and an easy option for golf cart or bike rides. It is under a five-minute ride west on 30A. Deer Lake offers about 50 parking spaces, restrooms, and shaded dining pavilions with charcoal grills. The boardwalk is longer, roughly a quarter mile, but many guests enjoy the scenic walk. There is a $3 entry fee per vehicle, payable on-site with cash or reserved in advance.

Gulf Lakes Beach Access
This access is great for bike rides and is about a seven-minute ride east along the pedestrian path on the south side of 30A. Please note that parking is restricted along the south shoulder near this access, including golf cart parking, due to newly placed no-parking signage extending toward Camp Creek Lake.

Seabreeze Beach Access
Located just past Gulf Lakes, this is another convenient option. North-side shoulder parking along 30A is typically available a bit closer to this access point. Guests can park and use the nearby crosswalk to safely cross 30A to reach the beach entry.

Walton Dunes Beach Access
About a ten-minute golf cart ride west on 30A, this is one of our favorite options. It is tucked into a residential area and offers a more direct walk onto the sand with no boardwalk or stairs. There is a public parking lot about 100 yards from the access, making it a great choice for unloading beach gear and passengers. Parking is limited, so arriving earlier in the day is recommended. Bicycle racks are available if you choose to ride.

Inlet Beach Regional Access
This access is about a fifteen-minute drive and is a great alternative when you want more amenities. It offers ample parking, on-duty lifeguards, and restrooms. Golf carts are not permitted due to distance and local restrictions in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and along Highway 98.

IMPORTANT ITEMS TO NOTE:

Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway directly in front of the garage for Unit A. Street parking is not permitted, but overflow parking is available in South Prominence. Please park the golf cart only in the two assigned Unit A parking spaces. The neighboring units have designated spots as well, and parking in those areas may result in towing. Thank you for helping us keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Use of the golf cart requires a signed rental agreement, golf cart waiver, proof of auto insurance & driver's license. Failure to sign and provide documents prohibits the guest from using the golf cart.

Age requirement
The minimum age to rent the home is 25.

The home is not pet-friendly. Thank you for understanding.

Internet service
WiFi service can be spotty at times throughout 30A due to local infrastructure. If you plan to work remotely during your stay, please plan accordingly.
