The property boasts a BEAUTIFUL NEW HEATED INFINITY OLYMPIC-SIZE POOL and landscaped pool deck with a view of the ocean and a FITNESS CENTER. Direct access, and steps away from the beach, with a special spot allocated for guests of the Decoplage with available chair and umbrella rentals. Building requires both a tenant evaluation and the signing of a lease agreement. The non-refundable application fee is $50 per person (ages 18 and above). However, if you are married and provide a copy of your marriage certificate, the total fee is $50 per couple instead of $100. An additional $45 per-application fee would be incurred if expedited processing is required. This has to be paid directly to the application vendor via their online portal.
