Winter break 2022

I enjoyed my stay in this white, bright and sunny apartment that has excellent views of the beach and ocean. It also is walking distance to stores, restaurants, and shopping. Staff and host were super friendly, accommodating, accessible and check-in was easy. An update to the kitchen and bathroom would make this a true gem!

Home away from home

The condo was in the perfect location for restaurants, public transportation, Beach Walk access for walking, cycling, etc. and to the beautiful South Beach. The condo has a balcony for viewing the sunrises and sitting outside. It’s quiet with a beautiful view, close to The laundry facilities and trash and elevator. With the security system you feel safe and secure. The condo has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Miami. Loved it!

El departamento es de primera categoría, las instalaciones están impecables y de muy buen gusto, la ubicación es inmejorable tanto por la piscina como la playa. Disfrute mucho mi estadía, sin problemas. La propietaria es muy amable y atenta, reponde en muy breve tiempo a las consultas. Sin dudas, volveré.

Great ocean views on the beach. Location!

Nice, clean, some upgrades needed

Location awesome. Balcony view amazing. Place was clean but upgrades, particularly to bathroom would be helpful. Would I stay there again? yes.

Great ocean views in neat unit fantastic location

I had a great very comfortable stay at this 1/1 apt. Everything I could expect from a 5 stars hotel in my own apt. Beautiful terrace and clean apt in the best location of South Beach, you could walk to everything and have fun. And just go down to the beach right there. Pool and gym were amazing. Owner was helpful and reliable. Thank you! I will come back.

Passamos em outubro de 2017, dias ótimos no apartamento de Lina. A unidade oferece tudo para uma boa temporada, além disso, tínhamos a cordialidade de Norma que sempre nos atendeu quando solicitamos. O prédio e bem localizado, a unidade tem vista para o mar, tudo muito limpo e com muita segurança. Voltaríamos de novo. La casa reúne todas las condiciones para una maravillosas vacaciones .

Pasamos un mes y medio en esta propiedad . Puedo decir que el lugar es fantástico, cómodo y cerca de todo . Este condominio está en el centro estratégico de Miami Beach. Muy seguro , 24 horas de custodios . Todos gentiles . La playa basta bajar . El apartamento acogedor , una vista espectacular , tranquilo para dormir , sin ruidos . con todo lo necesario , la señora dueña del Apto , muy gentil y siempre disponible para cualquier pedido . PERFECT LOCATION

This is a great place to stay. It looks just like the pictures. It was very clean and had everything you'd expect in a hotel. The place was really quiet which let to a good night's rest. And it was just a few minutes away from the beach. I highly recommend this apartment.

I do recommend this property. The apt was located closed by the stores, with a great pool and beach view. Furniture and in general was clean and modern looking. The Bldg is kept very clean and updated. The owner treated me very nice and she responded to my calls and or emails very quickly.

the apt was very clean , the apt and the Building are well kept , and it was not a noisy Bldg....it had all the commodities that I expected..... I could walk to many places around the area. I felt very safe going out and coming back at night.

Wonderful Apartment in perfect location!

I was very pleasantly surprised when I stepped through the door of this apartment. Bright, modern, stylish and quiet with a great view of the pool and the ocean. As a chef, I was hoping for a good kitchen, and I was not disappointed.The owner thought of everything we might need, and she was very helpful and friendly when we made our booking.We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends. 5 stars!

Simply perfect

The apartment is in perfect condition and furnished with style, very brighi and with all the convenient utilities you may need. Facing the pool and with ocean view, no noise at all from the street and the view is amazing. I strongly recommend it and I hope to have the chance to come back. It is in the perfect location to stay in South Beach. The owner is trustful, precise and careful.
