This house was split to create a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse unit perfect for families or industry/corporate travelers seeking comfort and convenience. Enjoy living just a stone's throw away from popular attractions, dining, and entertainment.
You’ll have the entire townhouse unit to yourself.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from Beverly Hills. It is the ideal home base for your next trip.
The space
Enjoy three bedrooms, all located on the second level for your comfort and safety. The downstairs includes a large family room that includes a Kitchen Bar with USB Set For 3. Perfect for social gatherings or late night studying or working. It features convenient USB and AC outlets to keep your devices charged.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire back unit. The first floor features a comfortable living area and a fully equipped kitchenette, along with a bathroom and convenient in-unit washer and dryer. Upstairs, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms, one extra large master bedroom (3 bedrooms total) and one full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
The unit includes one designated parking space or tandom parking. The second space is reserved for the front unit (tandom). Guests may also enjoy the shared backyard, perfect for a little fresh air or relaxing outdoors.

House Rules & Additional Details
• Smoking: This is a smoke-free home. A $500 deep-cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs indoors.
• Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval only. Limit one pet per reservation. Pets may not be left outside unattended, and a cleaning fee applies.
• Noise: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Parking: Guests have access to one designated tandem parking space. The second space is reserved for the front unit.
• Shared Yard: Backyard access is shared with the front unit. Please be courteous and tidy.
• Trash & Recycling: Trash bins must be placed curbside on Thursday evenings for Friday morning pick-up.
• Check-In / Check-Out:
• Check-in: After 3:00 PM (Flexible if arranged in advance and no guests are departing immediately before your arrival.)
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM (Flexible if arranged in advance and no guests are arriving immediately after your departure.)
