This place is so cute. Looks exactly like the pictures. Location is perfect to anywhere you want to go. Will stay here every year I come back home to visit family. Neighbors are super nice as well.

This property was beautifully renovated. The house was perfect for our needs.It was situated pretty close to wherever we wanted to go.The host Edward, was very accomodating and seemed nice. Overall it was a nice stay.

Safe, convenient & comfy apartment in Holly Hills area.

This Holly Hills apartment was very comfortable,clean &nicely decorated. It’s in a convenient, central STL; I felt safe in the neighborhood. Edward was very attentive, checking in often to make sure I was doing ok. Would definitely stay here again

Great location!

The house & the host were wonderful! We were looking for an alternative to a hotel & this house was perfect. The host was attentive & easy to communicate with. The living room was comfortable after long days with grandkids and the bedrooms very comfortable. We'll definitely stay here again!

Restful Stay Wonderful Host Quiet Neighborhood

We had a very enjoyable stay. Our host, thought of everything necessary from the kitchen, to the living area and the bed and bathroom - this home is clean, well appointed and comfortable. He communicated well beforehand and during our stay, so that we were clear about significant information, including what to do in case of a tornado. We followed his instructions and thankfully the storms passed and no tornado in the area where we were. We were visiting our Son & his family that weekend and we look forward to returning again soon.

Clean, modern, and amazing location!

My wife and three kids stayed here overnight for a quick sleep on our way through town back to Michigan. The check-in process was seamless and timely with communication. The property was spotless, ordered, and very well decorated. We were able to set our kids up for sleep easily and we were all very comfortable overnight. My wife and I even bought a bottle of wine from the store across the street after the kids went down! Safe neighborhood. Would stay again!

Was perfect for us. Was clean organized. Only complaint was hearing upstairs apartment use restroom. Owner provided toiletries for bathroom. Close to arch and zoo with quick sort drive. Definitely stay again.

Good overall experience.

We enjoyed our stay. One down-side is we could hear the folks in the unit above us until after midnight. Also, one of the toilet flushes required us to jiggle the flapper to get the tank to refill. Otherwise, thank you for the opportunity to stay at your unit.

Not so good

The property was quite noisy. We heard the upstairs neighbor and heavy traffic noise continuously. Hard to sleep peacefully. The property needs maintenance, loose kitchen faucet and dishwasher, dinged up paint, etc…
