This property has been recently renovated and a lot of the furniture is new. The beds were very good. When we arrived the place was very clean. There were kayaks with life preservers, bicycles and four beach chairs for tenants’ use.We had trouble with the microwave and could never get the dining room light or the porch light to work. The day we left it became obvious that the microwave problem was the door latch. Never did figure out the dining room light or the porch light. The property needed lamps in the living room and dining room areas.

Thank you very much for your thoughtful review and for highlighting the recent renovations, cleanliness, and amenities. We’re so glad you enjoyed the beds, kayaks, bicycles, and beach chairs during your stay. We truly appreciate you bringing the microwave latch and lighting issues to our attention. We have already scheduled maintenance to inspect and resolve the microwave door latch, as well as the dining room and porch lighting. We are also reviewing the lighting setup in the living and dining areas to ensure additional lamps are added for improved comfort. Guest feedback is extremely valuable to us, and we’re committed to continuously improving the home. Thank you again for staying with us — we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. Warm regards, Alex
