Welcome to Neptune’s Perch, your relaxing island escape in beautiful Sapphire Village on the East End of St. Thomas.

This spacious one-bedroom condo offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and tropical charm. Start your morning with coffee on the private screened balcony, enjoy the warm Caribbean breeze, and take in the peaceful views before heading down to Sapphire Beach.

Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. The condo sleeps up to four guests with a queen bed in the private bedroom and a queen Murphy bed in the living room. It also features a fully equipped kitchen, a large walk-in shower, comfortable furnishings, a 70-inch Smart TV, and high-speed fiber Wi-Fi with battery backup.

Great views, great condo, great Hosts

This is our 2nd stay at this location. They are still the best hosts we've ever stayed with and the condo is kept up to date and modern. The views are amazing from the balcony and the location is convenient to Red Hook and the car/passenger ferries going to St. John. Best place to stay when your in St. Thomas in our opinion.

Very caring hosts

Unit is spotless, location to beaches, RedHook restaurants, and St. John is perfect. On site restaurant/pub is fantastic. Best of all was the owner's communication prior to and during our stay. This was our third trip to Sapphire and they were the best hosts yet.

Great stay!

We loved our time in St. Thomas! The condo was great. Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and evenings with a great view. The walk to the beach was easy, but definitely gave us a workout coming back to the condo as it is all uphill!! Loved the Bushwacker at Sudi’s! Would recommend Neptunes Perch!

Great hosts, great place, great location

Very nice property with great views. Situated near Red Hook and souvenier and food shopping. Place is a poster child for what a VRBO rental should look like. Hosts go above and beyond to make place friendly, inviting and easy. Lots of extras you won't find at other rental locations. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo!

My husband and I stayed at Neptune's Perch for a long weekend celebrating a friend's wedding. It was very clean and the view was unbeatable! The resort itself was beautiful and had a great bar, restaurants, and beach. The owners were very responsive and went above and beyond getting a hold of us when a tsunami warning was posted for the area. Would definitely recommend!

A View of Paradise

My wife and I loved our stay at Neptune's Perch. From breakfast in the fresh air ocean-facing porch to evenings lounging there again, each day began and ended with that joyous feeling only a tropical hiliday can provide. Our hosts were always ready to assist. We'll be back.

Excellent!

The view was outstanding! The balcony was a comfortable place to hang out. The condo was very well stocked with various amenities. The location was excellent…near beach, ferry, town, restaurants. The pool was great. People were friendly. The hosts were very responsive. We definitely would love to return!

Great Place

We have stayed at Sapphire Village so we were aware of the resort. The condo is as advertised and is well appointed. The communication with the owners was excellent. Thanks for everything .

Will Book Again!

Had the best time staying here! Deb was super helpful and made sure to check in with me periodically to make sure I was finding everything I needed. Perfect amount of space for 2 friend’s, very clean and tidy. The view is absolutely breathtaking, I could sit out on the balcony all day. Easy access to the beach, pool, restaurants. Super easy to get to Red Hook as well. I absolutely recommend booking.

Awesome!!

Spent two wonderful weeks. Everything was super clean and inviting. Condo was well stocked. Was so nice to have a bottle of bubbly waiting for us after a long day of travel. View from balcony is outstanding. Deb & Lou were very accommodating and even checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

A little piece of Heaven

Neptune's Perch is absolutely amazing. It's as beautiful as the pictures, the hosts were so sweet and helpful. They communicated several times with us for various things and were absolutely wonderful. If we come back to the island this will be where I stay. The restaurants on site were great, loved the pool and the ocean breeze coming thru the windows at night. I will recommend this spot to anyone I know who visits the island.

Sapphire Again

All expectations were met. We have stayed in various Sapphire VRBOs but opted for the separate bedroom instead of the open-suit style. All amenities were met right done to blenders, snorkel gear and beach chairs. Parking was tight but not a problem. We took a couple of excursions, especially GOMOJO boat rental.

Perfect St. Thomas Stay – Incredible Location & Stunning Views!

This VRBO was everything we were looking for in a St. Thomas getaway! The location is absolutely perfect—just minutes from Red Hook, making it super easy to hop on the ferry to St. John (which we did and highly recommend). Being so close to great restaurants, grocery stores, and beaches made exploring the island a breeze.The property itself is fantastic—spacious, clean, and well-appointed with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. The views are just unreal, and having coffee while watching the sunrise from the balcony was one of the highlights of the trip. The pool was a great spot to unwind after a day of adventure, and the whole place had that perfect balance of privacy and convenience.The hosts were attentive, but we didn’t need much since we planned everything out ahead of time. Check-in was seamless, and everything was exactly as described. If you’re looking for a hassle-free, relaxing stay in one of the best areas of the island, this is it.Would absolutely stay here again—five stars all the way!

Spent 10 days here w/ my husband & this is the VERY BEST condo rental we have ever stayed in & I own a travel agency! From 1st communication throughout Deb was amazing- very helpful & condo was SPOTLESS clean! This condo is decorated perfectly- the view is Amazing! Lots of extras- Deb had cold beer, water & some snacks ready for us on arrival- very nice!! There is plenty of soap, shampoo (great water pressure & lots of hot water), kitchen has everything- we will be back! Rent now before all my clients do! Thank you so much 😊 Deb went above & beyond!!

Now this is how you vacation!

Waking up from golden rays peaking through the rim of the curtains. Taking your coffee onto the balcony and witnessing that golden orange St Thomas sun beginning to peak over the the hills of St John. After taking in that unmatched scenery you prepare for the day by making breakfast in a fully capable kitchen or walking down to The Beach Buzz for breakfast sandwiches and beverages. From here you can start your day on the beach. If you need a change of scenery just head up to the pool and grab lunch and drinks at Sudi's pool side bar and grill. Chill at the pool for a bit then head back up to the condo and get refreshed for a nice night on the town. In the host book there is literally everything you need, from emergency, power backup, churches, restaurants, beaches...it truly is a complete field guide for St. Thomas. Anything else you might need is just a text or call away. From pre-booking through checkout, Deb was very quick to respond and always respond politely. I let her know my wife was 8 months pregnant and asked if that would be an issue for walking or stairs and she quickly sent a couple of things to consider with a photo of the stairs leading to the property. We decided none of these were an issue and went ahead and booked. 10/10 best stay my wife and I have had. We could not thank Deb and Lou enough!

Stunning views of Sapphire Beach and the islands

This rental includes all the amenities needed for a relaxing beach vacation. We spent many hours just sitting on the balcony admiring the changing water colors and listening to the sounds of the waves crashing and roosters crowing. We stayed at the condo Feb 2022 for 5 nights. The condo was clean, decorated nicely, roomy, and had everything you could need. Beach towels, chairs, ice chest, coffee pot, etc. You name it. And a great view!

We chose Sapphire Village because it offers the perfect balance of beautiful Caribbean scenery, peaceful surroundings, and easy access to everything we love about St. Thomas.

The East End has a relaxed island atmosphere while still being close to beaches, restaurants, boating, shopping, and the ferry to St. John. From Neptune’s Perch, guests can walk down to Sapphire Beach and the marina, enjoy two community pools, grab coffee nearby, or relax with food and drinks at one of the on-property restaurants.

One of our favorite parts of the neighborhood is waking up to the tropical views and enjoying the warm trade winds from the private screened balcony. The upper pool near the Barbados Building is especially convenient and often feels quieter and more intimate than larger resort pools.

We also love being just minutes from Red Hook, where guests will find grocery stores, nightlife, more than 40 restaurants, and the passenger ferry to St. John. Boat trips, snorkeling excursions, parasailing, jet skis, fishing charters, and sunset sails are available right from the Sapphire Marina.

Sapphire Village gives guests the freedom to enjoy a peaceful island retreat while keeping the best of the East End within easy reach. That combination is exactly why we chose this neighborhood and why we continue to love it.

This spacious top-floor, one-bedroom condo features a private screened balcony where guests can enjoy beautiful tropical views, warm trade winds, and peaceful Caribbean mornings. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable queen bed in the private bedroom, a queen Murphy bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large walk-in shower, and plenty of room to relax.

The condo also includes a 70-inch Smart TV, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi with battery backup, and beach essentials such as chairs, towels, a cooler, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, and a beach wagon.

Guests can walk to Sapphire Beach, the marina, two community pools, restaurants, coffee, and water activities without needing to drive. Red Hook is only minutes away, offering additional dining, shopping, nightlife, groceries, and the ferry to St. John.
