This dreamy cottage features a wall of glass that faces the sea for breathtaking sights along with a healthy dose of quality furnishings including a private hot tub to relax your muscles in after days of adventuring. Garnish with abundant wildlife like a resident mule deer family, gulls, geese, sea lions, and whales, and top it off with a bright interior brimming with natural light, a fully outfitted kitchen, a cozy fireplace to curl up to, and a 50' TV with premium cable, and you've got yourself a dream, cliffside ocean vacation.



A comfortable queen bed ensures that you'll receive a great night's rest while listening to the ocean waves roll in. With a fresh remodel, Puffin's Perch now features a washer/dryer, refrigerator, and loft with a memory foam-topped rollaway for those in need of a separate bed. After a day of adventure at the beach where you can wade in the water as long as you like, cozy up by the firepit and watch the stars come out to dot the sky.



Ideally set between the towns of Mendocino and Fort Bragg, Puffin's Perch is just a few miles from amenities and attractions like Mendocino Village, but in a seaside setting seemingly worlds away from civilization.



Guests please note, Puffin's Perch is located on a shared property with another home.

House may not be ideal for children due to the steep cliff on the property.

When staying in the loft, take care on the steep steps.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in Form: To ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, we kindly require completion of our short check-in form after booking. This includes signing our standard rental agreement and verifying guest and payment information. It only takes a few minutes and helps us prepare the home for your arrival.



Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (50 lbs or under). A nightly pet fee applies and all pets must be disclosed at booking. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, must stay off furniture, and guests are responsible for cleanup and reporting any damage. Undeclared pets or excessive mess may result in additional fees.
