You’ll have full access to the spacious rooftop patio, complete with seating and a BBQ grill. This shared space is used by the 3 other vacation rentals in the building, so you may meet friendly fellow travelers during your stay.

A dedicated parking spot is included. Please note: it fits compact to mid-sized vehicles only. Larger SUVs may have difficulty fitting due to limited side clearance for opening doors.

Parking:
The dedicated parking spot fits compact to midsize vehicles only. Large SUVs and trucks will not fit and will need to park on the street or at the nearby public lot at Santa Clara Point, just one block away.

Guest Count & Pricing:
We use occupancy-based pricing to keep rates fair for all group sizes. Please enter the correct number of guests when booking to ensure accurate pricing. If your group size changes after booking, the nightly rate may adjust. There is a $20 per night charge for each additional guest after the first two. This helps us cover extra linens, utilities, and supplies—thank you for understanding!

Cooling & Airflow:
While the home does not have central AC, we provide a portable AC unit in the master bedroom during summer months for comfortable sleeping. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, and the home gets great natural cross-breezes through the windows.

Families Welcome:
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to provide a Pack & Play and high chair upon request.

Laundry:
You’ll have access to a coin-operated washer and dryer, shared with the other three units. Laundry access is available daily before 10 AM or after 3 PM. Prefer someone else to handle it? A nearby laundromat offers same-day drop-off service at an affordable, weight-based price.

The security camera is located on the shared rooftop terrace. There are also numerous security cameras pointed at the alley by our neighbors.
