Welcome to Union Mill in Wichita, KS! Perfect for monthly or extended stays, our fully-furnished apartments feature full kitchens, in-unit laundry, fast WiFi, stylish furnishings, and a dedicated workspace. Relax at the heated saltwater pool with sun deck, enjoy a soak in the saltwater hot tub, stay active in the fitness center, or challenge friends in the game room, golf simulator, or pickleball court.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
