The Space:

Welcome to your 30A getaway in the heart of it all. As soon as you step inside, you’re greeted by a bright entryway and staircase leading up to the open-concept living area—where the entire home unfolds on one level. The spacious living room opens to a large balcony overlooking the resort-style pool, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, and the comfortable living room features a fold-out sofa for extra guests.



Located directly across from the Big Chill, you’ll have easy access to live music, local eats, and boutique shopping—all within walking, biking or golf cart distance.



Sleeping Arrangements: 2nd Floor

- Primary Bedroom: King bed with en-suite bathroom (sleeps 2)

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be 25 years old to book and stay at the property during entire reservation period

- No pets

- Just a quick heads-up: once you book we'll be using our nifty guest messaging platform for all our chit-chats, so keep an eye on your text for messages from our 850 phone number. Additionally, before the fun begins, we'll need you to sign our rental agreement that has a $100 authorization hold for incidentals. It's all part of the check-in charm!
