On the property, you'll find the cozy home that has been completely renovated and updated! The bright interior has plenty of windows to enjoy the spectacular wooded view, cute coordinating furniture around a large TV for movie nights, a spacious full kitchen with all the cupboard space you need to store your snacks, and plenty of communal space to carry on great conversation.



Don't forget the side deck that has a grilling area for the fun American holiday meals! Get competitive and challenge your friends to the fun arcade game of Pac-Man in the corner or the foosball table. The home has three comfortable bedrooms and spacious, tiled bathrooms with updated showers and vanities as well as a tv in all three bedrooms. Downstairs, you'll find an intimate area to watch a wall-mounted TV while curling up by the electric fireplace.



This space also boasts a kitchenette area! There's a walk-out patio with a covered porch where you can sit in the rocking chairs and enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine with the sunset. A two-story playhouse provides endless fun for little ones!
