As you enter Key Colony Beach, a quiet and peaceful island town, you are immediately immersed in a tropical atmosphere supported by beautiful water views. Open Water Paradise is located just a short drive into Key Colony Beach and perfectly embodies the relaxing and true Keys ambience you came for. Picture yourself enjoying sea breezes from your private screened porch right on Bonefish Bay. Enjoy a frozen margarita and hum along to some Jimmy Buffet as you experience leisure and luxury available only in Paradise.

Open Water Paradise is positioned along Bonefish Bay, which means that unlike other homes in Key Colony Beach this home is NOT on a canal. It features open water views from both the rear and front of the house.

Our Living Area of the Home features ample and comfortable seating centered around a flat screen television with full cable service and wifi service. The glass doors open up onto your screened in porch, the perfect place to enjoy early morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

Cook up your catch of the day in the fully equipped kitchen featuring full sized appliances, pots, pans and dishes. Or, if you prefer you can grill on our gas grill provided (please be courteous of the next quest and maintain the integrity of the grill).

The Master Bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King Sized bed with a flat screen tv, and features a view of Shelter Bay from the front window. The Master Bedroom also features a full Master Bathroom. You will also find a full size washer and dryer for your convenience!

The Guest Bedroom is appointed with 1 Queen and 1 twin bed with space for another twin (inflatable can be brought and situated) flat screen television. The Guest Bathroom is located directly adjacent to the Guest Bedroom with a walk through floor plan. All of the towels and linens you need for your stay in paradise are provided.

Open Water Paradise has 30 feet of dockage located directly in your backyard for your use with plenty of deep water for your boat!. In minutes you can be in the Ocean or Gulf fishing/snorkeling on the Ocean side reefs or crossing the Vaca Cut for a Gulf side excursion.

For the catch of the day; a bait freezer is also provided to keep your catch fresh until you are ready to enjoy it. And, you don't need to be an experienced angler to catch fish of all kinds just off your private dock!. You may even see a Manatee or a family of Dolphins exploring the Bay.

Our home is located a short walk from Sparky’s Landing Bar and Restaurant and Tarpon's Creek, local favorites known for its waterfront dining and fresh, local ingredients. As the day winds down you can enjoy local musicians playing an array of styles for your entertainment.

Also a short walk away lies Sunset Beach, known for incredible views of famed Florida Keys sunsets enjoyed from the sandy beach.

Both Key Colony Inn Restaurant and Cabana Breezes Restaurant and Bar are located within a few blocks. The entirety of Key Colony Beach offers walking trails and bike trails around the entire island.

Boat rental and snorkeling trips distance from our home to Deep Blue Dive shop in Key Colony Beach. We have 4 Kayaks for personal use, including one tandem and three single. We also have 2 bikes and fishing poles for casting off the dock. There is a full size fish cleaning station and a freezer to store your catch.

Our goal is to help make your dream vacation a reality. And don't forget, we provide bicycles for another wonderful way to explore Key Colony Beach and all our home has to offer!
