As the East Village continues its exciting expansion—with new ski terrain, village features, and future lifts—you may notice development activity in the surrounding area. No construction takes place on the Grand Hyatt building itself.
Your dedicated property manager is available throughout your stay to ensure everything remains smooth and enjoyable.

Ski Access & New Terrain
The new Deer Valley East Village expansion offers incredible access, including three lifts opened for the 2024–2025 season:
Keetley Express: Six-pack bubble lift connecting to Sultan Express
Hoodoo Express: High-speed quad beginner lift
Aurora: Quad providing convenient return access to East Village
Future expansion (2025–2026) includes six additional lifts and a 10-passenger gondola, expanding Deer Valley to 5,726 acres, making it the 4th largest ski resort in North America.
A guest shuttle provides easy access to the lifts from the residence.
Resort Fee (Required by Hyatt)
The Grand Hyatt charges a $20 per room, per night resort fee (subject to change), paid directly to the hotel at check-in. A credit card and ID are required.
Guest Access
A check-in message is sent the day before arrival with full access details.
You will check in at the Grand Hyatt front desk to receive your keys and register your card for amenities and the resort fee.
Other Important Notes
This is a privately owned and privately managed residence, not part of the Hyatt rental program.
All in-room or stay-related requests should be directed to the property manager, not the hotel staff.
