Welcome to our contemporary family home on Papamoa Beach Road a spacious, secure and architecturally designed retreat directly across from the beach. This is a high-spec property with striking stonework, a huge modern kitchen, generous living spaces and a layout perfect for families or groups. While we’re in the middle of a few cosmetic updates such as painting and replacing curtains, the home is clean, comfortable and fully equipped for a relaxed summer stay. It’s lived-in rather than hotel-perfect, but the quality of the build, the space and the location make it a fantastic base for your holiday.

The oversized kitchen makes cooking and entertaining easy, and the light-filled living areas open to outdoor spaces ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach. There are two bathrooms, great indoor–outdoor flow and plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

The property is fully fenced with a large electric gate, offering excellent privacy and security. There is safe parking for two vehicles inside the gate. You’re just steps from Papamoa Beach and a short walk to local favourites like Henry & Teds, Papa Mo’s, Rise Bakery, Excelsor Cinema and the nearby Four Square. Everything you need is right at your fingertips.
