This modern Pacific City vacation home sits right on the beach and offers a private boardwalk and outdoor fire pit. Offering Netflix streaming and a deck that overlooks Haystack Rock, this oceanfront getaway is perfect for families and friends.



What's nearby:

Some of Pacific City's most iconic eateries, like the Grateful Bread Bakery, are less than half a mile from your door. Stroll to grab a morning coffee or evening glass of wine, or head a bit further to the famous Pelican Pub and Brewery (about a mile straight up the sand). Just south, lies the mouth of the Nestucca River with its seasonally resident seals, and the dunes at Cape Kiwanda are to the north. The famed Tillamook Creamery is 26 miles south, while the Chinook Winds Casino in Lincoln City is 20 miles away.

Great location and overall very good interior. However the kitchen needs updating. Old refrigerator with no ice maker. Ice trays were a pain as they were pretty old. Some pots and pans are old and need replacing. No garbage disposal. Also no grill. The master bathroom sink, toilet and door need replacing. Beyond the above, it’s a nice property that needs some improvements.

Beach HQ for Sandlake Dunes & Pacific Coast Experience

We chose Pacific City, and this location specifically, because of its central location to the Sandlake Dunes Recreation Area. It only took us 15 minutes to get to the dunes, and local fishing spots were well stocked (Town Lake). We also use this home as a launching point for other Oregon sites, like the Pacific Byway, and other parks in Dunes City. It was an easy day trip for us. Local hikes were also impressive, like Cape Kiwanda, Cape Lookout, and Mount Hebo. Great places to eat include Doryland Pizza and Grateful Bread (for breakfast). The property itself was amazing with a fireplace and easy beach access. Amazing views of haystack rock!

Lovely classic beach house

We loved staying at Ocean Reach ! It was the perfect beach house, clean, lots of cozy touches, great location. The beach was quiet and felt private. Very low key vibe. Just what we needed.

Perfect Girls Weekend Getaway

Perfect beach house for our girls weekend. Loved the gorgeous view of the ocean, and the deck out back. Easy walk along the beach to the sand dune and restaurants. Adorable surf vibe decor and comfortable beds. Hope to come back soon!

Beautiful Location

The house was sparkling clean, well appointed, cozy with incredible views. It had everything we needed for our stay over the 4th of July. The DVD player wasn’t working well but it didn’t matter with all of the streaming options.

Wonderful views from a great location.

This cozy home has great views from just about every window in the house. Perfect for a stormy days relaxing inside or for walking from the back door right down to the beach. My husband and I had a great stay here and enjoyed the cute decor and the very well equipped kitchen. We look forward to staying here again!

Loved this house and Pacific City

This house has a perfect setting - on the bluff above the beach, near town but also near the State Park. The main bedroom has a spectacular view, as does the living room, kitchen, and loft. Nice kitchen, with all the utensils, pots and pans you need. Comfortable, cozy, living room, gorgeous view, and just perfect all the way around.

Great house!

A wonderful property with an amazing view. Disappointed that the cleaning crew was still there at check in time leaving us to wait on the porch for nearly half an hour before we could check in. With check in already so late in the day, this was pretty frustrating.

Perfect spot!

When you think of the Oregon coast, this home and location are picture perfect. Wish we could stay longer. Great access to the Three Capes. Excellent view and gorgeous beach.

Nice beachfront home perfect for family of 4

My family of four (two teenaged kids) enjoyed our stay here. My son enjoyed the loft and my daughter enjoyed the bunk beds. The views Of the ocean from every window Was fantastic. We enjoyed the outside sitting area and fire pit too. This was a great stop for two nights before we headed over to Bend.

Kris & Cat Sandstrom's 38th Wedding Anniversary

Love the small town Beach Community of Pacific City. Wonderful Beach Front Property. Cozy Home. Perfect for the two of us! enough room we invited our God Daughter and her family to spend one night during our stay, sleeping six perfectly . The children enjoyed the playing in the sand, flying kites, etc. Plenty of children movies to keep them entertain in the evening, puzzles and cards too. We enjoyed long walks along the Ocean a couple times a day. If your looking for a private feel or location this beach has it, we saw very few people. Vacationing in March most of the beach front homes were not Occupied. Its rain one half of one day, we had sunshine the other three days. We watched large boat trolling, deer grazing, a couple doors down. The Home its self was filled with Light, Great view from the master bedroom, Kitchen & Living room. Nice free standing stove for cozy nightly fires. Really enjoyed the outside fit-it watching the sunsets. The Star filled Skies. Never tired of the waves breaking. The beds were a little soft, yet this could just be a personal preference . The kitchen was well stocked, dishes, glasses, Coffee cups, pots and pans etc... On the information sheet it would have been nice to know they truly have everything you need to prepare your meals, we over packed to be on the safe side. All in All we really enjoyed out stay! We'd return again without a doubt. Over All a Fabulous Stay, Created wonderful lasting memories . Kris & Cat Sandstrom. WA The only complaint is that the for several coffee mugs and the dishes weren't clean when we pulled them out of the cupboards. Not that big of a deal, plenty of cleaning products we easily took care of the matter.

Quiet, quaint and convenient

We enjoyed our stay a great deal. Property is as described and fit the bill for what we needed. Views were beautiful and that fire pit and grill sure was a treat. We'd love to come and stay again.
