Situated right on the beach, you'll be less than a mile from the shops and restaurants of Pacific City's main business district and just half a mile south of Pelican Brewing. Cape Kiwanda State Natural Area is one mile north, where you can find tidepools, hiking trails, and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the view.



The interior of this home is exquisite, with vaulted ceilings and polished, heated concrete floors. In the living area, an oversized sectional faces an expansive wall of windows, which provide views of the ocean and Haystack Rock. Sink into the plush cushions and watch the tide roll in, or browse the cable channels on the TV.



Next to the living room, the modern, open kitchen features updated stainless steel appliances and a spacious central island. Amazing view of the ocean, however several lights were burned out, the garage door did not work. I contacted vacasa & they were supposed to have someone come fix it & they never did. The sheets had sand in them & a dirty towel left under the sink. This is a beautiful house & very comfortable. There is not direct access from the house as there is a large sand dune in front. We had a great time spent at this house with family.

Overall, everyone was great! Other reviews about lack of ventilation and windows that open is accurate. But the windows that do open along with the front and side door allowed a nice breeze. Some of the bunk beds had sand in the sheets indicating they likely hasn't been washed or changed and the shower in the master bathroom definitely was not cleaned as there was a bunch of hair on the shower wall that wasn't mine and it was there when I went to take the first shower in there. The trash compactor does not work and the tiny trash can in there is the only trash can. The size of the house was great and accommodating for my family. Beach access was amazing! All in all it was a nice place to stay. My only negative feedback would be the cleaning prior to our arrival. That was not done well.

Lovely stay, prompt help when needed.

We had a problem with the key box, a little hard to navigate who to call but when we got through they were excellent and sent local ream to solve the problem.

Beachfront condo.

Everything was perfectly as advertised. No surprises. House was beautiful, but not too fancy. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We had some interaction with the staff (Propane for gas grill was out ). Their response was immediate. I was very impressed.

Great find!

This was the perfect location. Quick drive north to Tillamook or south to Lincoln city. Loved that the beach access was right outside the back door. Beds were comfortable. We ordered food from pelican brewery right down the street and it was delicious!

Another great stay in Pacific City

Great property, location and layout. Well stocked for the most part and we had an absolute blast. Could use some more forks and spoons but thats really the only issue we had, so that should tell you something. Would absolutely stay again.

Family trip

Perfect location!

This property is stunning! The kitchen is stocked with all needed necessities. The views are unbeatable. Couch is comfy and large enough for the entire family to lounge on and enjoy the view. We will definitely be back.

Pretty home but needs attention

Very pretty home and spectacular views. The house does need a deep clean and there are several small but important maintenance needs. Would definitely use the property management again, but NOT this house. Way over priced for the condition and level of cleanliness (dirty pots and pans, dirty blankets, etc.)

Great Beach House in Pacific City

Perfect location in a well maintained and gated community directly on the beach, walking distance to Pelican Brewing and other spots. Everything was easy, comfortable, and reflected accurately in the listing. Big windows throughout offer incredible views, and there are easy to use blinds when needed. We'd recommend this spot to enjoy Pacific City and explore the surrounding areas.

Right on the Sand!

The house had a great view and was right on the sand. It would’ve been nice to have a deck to put some chairs on instead of being in the sand when outside, but it’s still worked. There were no coffee tables And just one bedside table and not too many extras. The bunkbeds in the back room definitely needed new mattresses however both other bedrooms beds were great. The view was fabulously spectacular and wonderful large dining table was a nice place to center around. Overall a bit expensive but it was a fabulous trip😘

Great location and house

This house was a great place to stay for our annual trip to the coast. It for all of us very comfortably with the kids calling the bunk bed room “the dorm”. The kitchen was well equipped and made cooking easy. The grill was out of propane but that was easily remedied. The only thing that would make this house better would be a deck but we still enjoyed ourselves and the house.

Gorgeous

Gorgeous home, gorgeous views and a fantastic location. Perfect for a family or two with young kids with the bunk room. Easy 10 min walk to Pelican. Only downside is the massive amount of sand in the home. No way around it being ON a sand dune. Just embrace the sand in all the places.

Cozy retreat

We enjoyed being "on" the beach for both sunny and stormy days. We were very comfortable. I missed any note that the fireplace was a wood burning one and would have loved to have brought or been provided wood, kindling and matches. Heated floors were nice.
