The Space:

Enjoy your next getaway to the Oregon Coast at this Cape Meares vacation rental. This dog-friendly getaway is in a quiet location that includes a large, enclosed yard so that you and your guests will have plenty of space to play. Not to mention, the hot tub on the covered porch will be just the place to soak in bliss after a full day of fun. Inside you will find great views from the sitting area, along with all of the things that you would expect that will have you feeling right at home like flatscreen TVs, cable, and even a full kitchen and an outdoor dining area.



What's nearby:

Access the beach just down the street to the end of Meares Avenue NW, or head down the road a bit further to Cape Meares Beach where you will find hiking trails and Cape Meares Lake. Tillamook is only eight miles to the east where you will find major shopping, groceries, necessities, and more. And be sure to visit the world-famous Tillamook Creamery and indulge in some delicious cheese and ice cream!

Great little place up from the ocean! Quick walk to the beach, 15-20 minute drive to Tillamook. Great little place to just relax, wonderful hot tub and outdoor chairs to set up in a wonderful yard overlooking the ocean beach.

Shower is small and no bathroom on top master floor. Pots and pans were in utter chaos, but kitchen was nice and clean. Beautiful property. Walking distance to nice beech.

Very comfortable house with everything we needed pretty much. Fenced-in yard for our dog was the biggest desire, and it was a gorgeous yard with lots for her to investigate. Hot tub was clean and very nice, it could use a little privacy screening behind it, like some bamboo curtains, but it was very relaxing. Kitchen clean, just about every cooking utensil and pots and pans provided. No cooking essentials like salt, pepper, oil, coffee (other VRBO homes we have stayed in have provided these things). Nearest store is in Tillamook, so come prepared. Location was gorgeous and quiet. A very short stroll to the beach, and very short drives to other scenic places like tide-pools, or Tillamook cheese factory. Oceanside (the next town to the south) has Tunnel Beach - good tide pools. And a couple very nice restaurants. Particularly enjoyed Rossanna's. Warning: there is no cell reception at all in that area - so no google maps, no wifi, no internet. So come with a paper map or download directions ahead of time. Would definitely stay again. We had a lovely weekend.

Great location, on the whole we were very happy here. Some furniture was run down. No detergent for dishwasher. But great yard, we would probably stay here again.

Incredible location! Very short walk from the beach and views from the upstairs bedroom. The backyard was really spacious and secure for our small dogs. The house and some amenities could use some maintenance (broken dishwasher, handle to the storm door was broken as well) but overall we were very happy and would book again with no hesitation!

This was a decent house. The layout was interesting as no bathroom on top floor. Master bedroom bed was uncomfortable. Nice a close to beach, safe, hot tube was great. Carpet on stairs and master bedroom need a good shampoo.

The property speaks for itself. Everything is as is the cleaning company. I don’t believe cleaned the Rental, but they gave us back our cleaning fee plus the Jacuzzi wasn’t cleaned, but we contacted Vrbo or Casago and they had someone come out and took care of it and they also gave us a refund for one night because of it so this company is definitely on it. They care about their customers and we will definitely use them again DiMiceli family.

We rented the house in order to escape fireworks on the Fourth of July. There were fireworks until midnight unfortunately. The area is cute and cozy. It is an easy walk to a great beach. The community is warm and friendly. The yard is large and excellent for dogs. There is no bbq and you cannot bring your own. There is no outside firepit like shown in the pictures. The inside of the house is smaller than it would seem. The fireplace blew smoke back into the house. The window above the stove and oven do not have great ventilation. You can go through the hot water fast when showering.

Great location, loved the fireplace and hot tub! The soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower were totally empty, a lot of the dishes were dirty. The pillows are absolutely TERRIBLE. Overall really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Perfect family spot

We had never rented a place with a hot tub but it was an excellent plus! Eden child and stormy days are fun with a hot tub, a warm fire place, and cozy beds. Easy walk down to the beach too!

This house was perfect for us and three 12 year old girls and our two dogs. The proximity to the beach and the fenced yard were perfect for us. The only downside is the room with the bunk bed is quite a bit smaller than we perceived from the photos, but it worked fine.We would definitely rent this place again!

Great for Couples

Cozy but not at all cramped, easy walk to ocean access and great views from the bedroom. Plus, the sheltered hot tub is lovely when it's raining. Highly recommended.
