Our large family group had a fabulous summer stay at the Osprey Beach House. The house was spacious, well located, the big back yard, which provided ample room for the provided volleyball net, was a big hit with the kids, and the view cannot be beat! Thank you!

Beautiful property, and one of the best stocked kitchens and homes I've stayed at. Listing said hot tub, but there's only a jetted tub in the master bathroom. Multiple tv areas and large rooms made it easy for everyone to sprawl out and watch what they wanted, which was helpful because we had ages 4-76. However the kids were outside almost all the time on the beautiful beach or playing with the volleyball net, badminton, or kayaking. We had a great time!

Perfect location for family reunion. If you love the beach and estuaries this home is perfect. If you enjoy long walks on the beach, this home is for you. If you love cranes, bald eagles, ospreys, white pelicans and Canadian geese. then you selected a perfect place to watch the morning and evening flights of these magnificent birds. We mustn’t forget the family of otters that would scoot along the beach the were absolutely adorable. The kitchen was incredibly appointed no need to bring anything. The woodwork and the cupboards are stunning. The beds are very comfortable and all the linen and towels that you’d ever need is there and available. The neighborhood and surrounding homes is very pleasant and people are warm and welcoming. The host was very responsive to any questions we might have had. We plan on staying there again and again. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us.

We loved staying in this beautiful home! It had exactly what we were looking for: close to the beach & easy access, 5 bedrooms, a beautiful view with yard and fire-pit, several bathrooms, a large kitchen, clean/great house, and space for seating 8 guests with comfort. Thank you for all the great helpful email communications as well! I loved the time we spent, and would definitely return. Excellent hosts for an amazing home and view!The only thing I'd recommend adjusting on the description: Make sure guests know ahead of time on Vrbo is that you don't shoes inside, and there's many stairs with 3 levels. I would've still enjoyed going to your house, but planned differently with the 'No Shoes Inside' request. I've challenges wearing no shoe support for long periods of time, due to health reasons, but open to wearing House Shoes that don't go outside, if I'd known when booked. I understand why you wouldn't want shoes from the beach to be inside, but no shoes at all is a challenge. Thank you so much!
