The cleanliness of the property and the continuous invasion of centipede-like bugs was disappointing. The kitchen blinds had food residue splattered on them. There were a large amount of bugs on the floor resulting in having to sweep the floor shortly after moving in. Every morning we woke up to numerous bugs dead and/or crawling on the floor.

The condition you described, including the food residue and the bugs inside the cabin, is not the standard we strive to provide. Because our cabins are located in a wooded mountain environment, occasional insects can make their way indoors, but the level you experienced is certainly not typical. We are sharing your comments with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so they can thoroughly inspect the property and address these issues.
