I would highly recommend this property for a perfect place to get away with friends or family. It is near everything Okoboji has to offer. Clean and very updated, great host and excellent location. Five stars all the way.

We stayed for 4 nights- two parents, two teenagers and two grandparents. We had plenty of room and were quite comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck. The condo was immaculately clean. We were close to everything we wanted to do. Bonus that we had a designated parking spot in front of the garage. Would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

Cabin had all the amenities we needed, easy to check-in & out & plenty of room for the whole family. Access to waterpark, restaurants & amusement park were really close as well.

Excellent stay

We were really impressed with everything about this property. Would highly recommend. My husband kept saying “Good job picking a place to stay.” Walking distance to all the fun. Very quiet inside the property. Loved!

Great time with adult children

Great fire pit and deck with lake views and weekend summer fireworks. 3 br condo was well stocked and well maintained. Everything there that we needed to make group meals.

Great Place

Lots of construction going on. Wood laying in hallways, deck was inaccessible and still painting going on inside the condo. Overall, great place! The garage is a nice bonus and so are the wristbands for the water park! We all would recommend this place!

Great but....

Condo was great but the AC went out, sofa sleeper was the worst I ever slept on. and the boiler in the indoor water park was broken. Am suppose to get a refund because the broken AC. We'll see???

Great for families. Spent a long weekend here with our kids & grandkids (ages 14, 11, 7 and 6). The water park passes that are included were a huge plus. Kids could walk to the water park. Great fishing on the dock. Nice lake view from the deck. Boat trailer parking was right across the street. Quick car ride to restaurants & grocery store. Highly recommend.

Family Weekend

My family and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend. The condo was great. It had everything that we needed. The deck was very large and we enjoyed spending a lot of time on it enjoying the view of the lake! We also enjoyed spending time at the pool/water park! The check in process was easy and we had no issues whatsoever! Would definitely stay here again!

Great for families!

Had so much fun here. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Bring folding chairs/camp chairs if you need more than 4 on deck. Zip line is fun. The pool is good for all ages. Indoor pool/water park is for young kids except tube slide..fun for all. Amusement park was fun too —-more for tweens and younger. We never go to the same place more than once but totally recommend. Thanks for letting us stay!
