My husband and I checked in on Wednesday and Wednesday night we found fleas in the bed. I called to front desk and was told there was no rooms to be moved to and was sent up a can of Lysol. I contacted the lady I rented from thru VRBO who in fact told me she did not manage the properties that it was out of her control. She did give me a 300 refund after I explained she was who I paid my money to and I would be leaving a bad review if not fixed. The next day after finding more flees we were moved to another room and it was 76 degrees in there and after calling the front desk and maintenance coming the Ac was broke and it took another 4 hours to be fixed. I contacted the lady I rented from again with no response. This was a very poor experience for a very expensive stay.
