Welcome to Hello Dreamer! This light-filled 3-bedroom, 2-bath A-frame cabin is tucked into 18 acres just outside Salida, CO. With sweeping views of Mt. Shavano, WiFi, & trails that wind into national forest land, this is your space to unplug, breathe deep, and feel inspired.

Inside, you’ll find one king bed, two queens, and a bunk bed-ideal for couples, families, or small groups. Curl up in the cozy book nook, gather around for games, or head outside to take in the tranquil stillness.

The entirety of the home is available excluding the kitchen pantry, which will be locked upon arrival.

We live in a separate structure on the property and help care for the land and chickens, though we’re sometimes away. When we’re around, we’re happy to help if needed. We have a dog named Beirut who is 16 and friendly as well as a property cat named Ghost who you may see roaming around.

Please feel free to explore the 18-acres and wildlife trails that run throughout the property.

There is plenty of parking on the property for large vehicles.

Wander the land, greet the friendly chickens, and enjoy the peaceful setting. This is a lovingly cared-for property with creative and natural touches throughout.

PLEASE NOTE: The owners live on the property in a separate home. You’ll have the entire A-frame to yourself, and we respect your privacy, but we’re nearby if you need anything. There have been pets in the home in the past, though we are not currently allowing guest pets.
