Two Week Stay At Ocean View

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am sure you hear a lot complaining, but it is hard to not be honest about the accommodations. Therefore here I go. The couch is totally uncomfortable. Had to set on one of the sofa pillows without a board hitting my backside. Kitchen utensils need replaced. Inside of cabinets were filthy. Top of microwave filthy. Bathtub drains partially blocked on two of the bathrooms. Dining room light has bulb problem. Light was filthy. Bed room closest to entry door top of side ceiling filth. Covered with dust. TV in main living room remote very difficult to use. Beds were very comfortable. Comforters on beds need washed. Looked filthy. We paid a lot of money to stay there. Pictures are very deceiving.

I’ve stayed in a lot of places and this was by far the nicest! It was 100% exactly like the listing said and even more! The house was outfitted with boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas!! It’s far enough from Broadway that it was quiet and less crowded than other beaches but close enough that we were 15 min from all the prime locations and activities! We had the absolute best stay and will definitely be back!!!

Get Away

The location is great! Size of the condo is perfect! View was absolutely beautiful. Wish there would have been bathrooms down near the pools to use instead of running back to your room to use the bathroom. Had perfect and beautiful weather for all 4 days we stayed. Both pools were great temperature. If I were to ever come back id love to stay again. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare food.even got to use the beach chairs! Make sure to do a thorough look through the rooms for anybting left over from previous people staying.

The Pictures Didn’t Lie!!!

Upon entering the condo it was very clean looking and beautiful to the eye. Later we found a dirty wash cloth on shower rod bathroom in the 2 queen bedroom. It was also thick dust above the beds wall and mildew in the duck vents. I went to wash clothes before leaving and mildew was in the machine all around the rim. Enjoyed my stay but housekeeping needs to do better. Especially with all the check out requests.

Gorgeous property

The place is beautiful! Looks just like the pictures online. Beachfront and ocean views. Went to surprise family for their Christmas concert! They were definitely surprised! My only issue was that this was supposed to be a pet free property, one of the main reasons I chose this one in particular. My family has allergies to pet hair and pet dander. Unfortunately there was dog hair in the living room and master bedroom. Which makes sense as to why they were having trouble with their asthma. This was discovered on the next to last day of our stay. Now the owner was very quick with responding and offered a couple options to fix the issue. But we were leaving the next day so we didn’t accept bc it would’ve been a huge inconvenience due to loss of time of our stay. If we had realized sooner we definitely would’ve taken them up on their offer. My advice would be to just double check it’s been thoroughly cleaned, dust, pet hair, etc. But outside of that our stay was great! *Bonus* there is extra storage area right outside the room that has beach chairs, bikes and fun activity items for you to enjoy!

It's great having parking located on the premises, and the layout of the room is just perfect for our needs. It's far enough away from the shops that there is a lot of peace and quiet but close enough to everything that we don't spend too much time in the car.

Nice spacious condo!!

We loved the condo, it was super roomy and nice. The view was gorgeous and parking was very convenient!! Would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was the bedroom and bathroom doors wouldn’t lock, I’m not sure what the issue was with that. I’m sure if I would’ve called about it, they would’ve sent someone out to fix it. We enjoyed our stay, this was the nicest condo we’ve ever stayed in.

Overall the place was clean, very spacious and as pictured. The views were everything!!!!! However, the only thing I would suggest as some of the other reviews stated. Is the furniture and decor needs to be updated. Along with the patio furniture. Other than that, I truly enjoyed staying there.

The condo was great! The pictures were spot on - what we saw was what we got! Very clean. Great communication from property mgmt. The power went out and they texted us a quick update. Would be nice to have a night stand with lamp in the double queen room. Overall, excellent stay! We would stay here again.

Awesome Family Spring Break Spot

This property is gorgeous and in a great area! The pools, lazy rivers, and beach were a huge hit for everyone! Aside from needing a good deep cleaning inside the unit everything else was excellent! Definitely can’t wait to come back!

Family time

The condo was exactly as pictured. Adequate space for our family. Loved the indoor pool for the kids to enjoy. Parking was awesome! Would love to come back in the summer and enjoy other amenities. Loved that all consumables were furnished. We loved the beautiful view through the large windows in LR and master bedroom.

Terrible Experience!!

The apartment and fixtures were very nice.. However, the apartment was infested with roaches!! We left and returned home early due to our personal safety concerns..It was ATROCIOUS!!

We wanted to be able to park the car & go up in the elevator. We wanted room for 5 adults. We wanted to look out on the beach and to walk out to the beach. We got all of that in our unit.

Perfect stay

The condo is exactly as shown in the photos on the Verbo site. The condo was very well maintained. Very clean and nicely decorated. Large and comfortable. We felt at home as soon as we settled in. Very quiet area, good for adults, close enough (car ride) to restaurants and "South" Myrtle beach for the kids. We had a really great stay and definitely will rebook this unit forsure.

Great oceanfront condo!

We had a group of 8 that came for a golf weekend. The golf course condos we usually stay in were booked and I’m so glad they were. This property in a great location and is very well kept. The views are great and the outdoor pool hot tub area was nice. I would highly recommend this for any group. Would definitely stay here again.
