On The Bay's protected cove makes swimming and water access easy and calm, perfect for families and snorkelers. Located on Cayman’s tranquil North Side, enjoy sweeping ocean views and island-style comforts.
The Space:
This upgraded 3-bedroom, 3-bath beachfront condo at On The Bay #101 sits directly on the sands of Old Man Bay on Grand Cayman’s North Side. While the exterior showcases classic Caribbean charm, the owners have transformed the interior with modern amenities and elegant finishes. The open living area features plush seating, a custom bar, and sweeping ocean views, creating an inviting space to unwind.
Each bedroom includes its own private bathroom for added comfort. The master suite offers a spacious retreat with a king bed and a luxurious spa-style bath complete with a large freestanding soaking tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom provides a cozy double bed and its own private bath.

With George Town approximately 50 minutes away, having a car will grant you the freedom to explore the area’s hidden treasures and embrace the picturesque beauty at your own leisurely pace.
Other Things to Note:
If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$500 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.
Please note that the owners of this rental live on the property in a separate unit for approximately six months each year. During this time, we will continue to provide full management of the rental; however, the owners will be onsite and available to assist in the event of an emergency.
This property is not suitable for children under the age of 12 years old.
We reserve the right to substitute equal or better accommodation in the event of a double booking or if the rental is unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to sale or repair.
Interaction with Guests:
Cayman Luxury Rentals will be the main point of contact for all guests however the owners live on property during 6 months (Dec-May) of the year. During that time, they are available to assist with issues, etc. During the rest of the year, our team will assist you from the point of booking inquiry until you journey safely back home.
