This 6-bedroom home was created with togetherness in mind. Sleeping 17+ comfortably, it offers generous gathering spaces along with plenty of cozy corners for anyone who wants a little quiet time. Whether you're hosting a ski vacation, a family reunion, or a celebration, there's room for everyone here.

Kids will fall in love with the dedicated bunk room--a true play zone equipped with a gaming system and lots of space for fun. Adults can unwind in the theater room for movie nights, soak in the hot tub under the stars, or enjoy a relaxed evening around the backyard fire pit.

Each bedroom features brand-new mattresses with foam toppers, soft bedding, and a TV, ensuring every guest has a comfortable place to land at the end of the day.

And when adventure calls? You're just 20 minutes from Park City and the legendary Wasatch Mountains. Skiing, snowboarding, biking, hiking, boating, fishing, and incredible dining are all within quick reach. John was a good host! He was very accommodating and responsive. We had a big family gathering and it was a suitable home for all of us adults, kids and babies.

The host was great about reaching out before our stay and during. The instructions were clear, the place was clean and ready for us! We ended up booking this place so we could have a gathering place for all our family that found itself in the area for the weekend and it was so great! The house is close to everything in Heber (about 15 minutes from the Crater in Midway, 10 minutes from Walmart, 5 minutes from Smiths, etc.) There were a lot of places for the kids to hang out and play that wasn't right under foot. There were also a lot of amenities and little touches that just made it so great! The front room had a bunch of paper and crafting supplies (including a small polaroid camera that the kids thought were so magical!) We spent some time doing a puzzle provided, as well. The seating areas were good and there was quite a bit of seating for meal times. The only cons consisted of not enough soap/shampoo in the showers (but we had brought our own so that wasn't a big deal) and the downstairs bathroom (there is only one, even though there are two full bedrooms and the bunk room downstairs) has glass doors instead of a shower curtain which meant any time someone was showering down there, the bathroom was off limits for anything else. This wasn't a huge deal, but a bit inconvenient. By far, the pros outweighed the cons and we would definitely stay here again!

John was gracious and welcoming. He helped us navigate a confusion during check-in that could have been frustrating, but he was available, responsive and quickly got things back on the rails. Checkout was also reasonable and smooth.This is a great space for a large or multi-family ski trip. I imagine a summer trip would also be spectacular. There's easy parking, one level access, and the garage with a door to the kitchen makes things really easy. (Do be aware the garage doors are small, full sized SUVs or trucks will have to stay in the driveway.)I hope you have as much fun as we did!

I thought Heber City would be the perfect landmark for families and groups to gather. It is in a quaint and quiet neighborhood, yet close to town for quick errands and restaurant dining. Guests are also close to many mountain adventures in Heber and of course, you’re only 15 minutes from Park City for skiing, site seeing, shopping, dining, and more!

I believe this home has everything you need to have a comfortable and rewarding stay. One that might be better than staying at a hotel or resort. You’ll have access to comfortable beds in private rooms, spacious cooking and dining areas, relaxing time sitting in the hot tub or by the fire pit. Kids will enjoy the space, too. There’s a whole room designed for your youngsters: bunk beds, gaming consoles, and more. It’s a great location for a family getaway.
