- Two weekly Sea Pines gate passes are included in the rental. These will be mailed one month before arrival. Additional passes must be requested and purchased in advance.
- The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older.
- The private pool can be heated for an additional fee. We recommend heating the pool between October and May. A minimum three-day notice is required for heating requests, and the pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay if requested.
- A pack-n-play and high chair are available upon advanced request prior to arrival.
